Teamwork is an essential skill for any team member. It is important to be able to work effectively with other team members, both in person and remotely.
Earning criteria
- update-stakeholders: Keep all relevant stakeholders updated of progress, changes, issues
- consider-others: Be aware of how your work impacts others inside or outside of the company. Adjust your work and communication accordingly.
- collaboration: Collaborate with others (diff. Knowledge and expertise) on common projects, working on a common goal
- feedback: Be open to feedback and improvement ideas from team members
