LinkORB Engineering is looking to expand our global team of remote technology professionals and currently hiring for a technical lead.

At LinkORB, the Technical lead role is responsible for:
👉 Translating strategic plans and project charters into discrete, actionable engineering work items
👉 Validating work item requirements and acceptance criteria with architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders before assignment
👉 Making recommendations and faciliating consensus across technical team members on topics such as
Coding conventions and engineering workflow
Open-source library and platform selections
Security practices and standards
👉 Creating and monitoring project plans and associated work items through completion
👉 Anticipating, responding to, and resolving technical and business blockers raised by developers
👉 Code reviews
👉 Engaging and collaborating with the technical writing team to create supporting process and system artifacts
👉 Maintaining a healthy and postive engineering culture
