Support our Linux system administrators by keeping track of projects, tasks and dependencies

LinkORB Engineering is looking to expand our global team of technology professionals and currently hiring for a Infrastructure Project Manager. First and foremost, this position creates order and shields administrators from distractions and interruptions. More broadly this role helps our infrastructure team scale, meet security and industry compliance standards, and maintain high availability for critical LinkORB systems.
You'll join our team of Linux administrators, application support engineers, and software developers.
At LinkORB, the Linux project manager:
Participates in infrastructure related (chat) discussions to identify and clarify team work items.
monitor inbound infrastructure queues (email, system alerts) to identify team work items.
Triages, defines, and prioritizes work items in our project management tool.
Define priorities in collaboration with senior administrators, engineering managers and business stakeholders.
Completes and Resolves common, recurring infrastructure work items.
Familiarizes themselves with our compliance requirements (NEN7510/ISO27001) and ensures that the requirements are met.
Documents procedures, policies, and standards for infrastructure adminstration.
Create diagrams-as-code for infrastructure components.
Documents hosts.
